We strive to recycle as much waste as we possibly can and to that end we process all fired products that we do not require and most other forms of waste created in the manufacturing of clay brick products into a primary aggregate form to be reused.

As a natural product, clay facing bricks are one of the most sustainable and durable building products. Clay bricks are expected to have a Service Life of at least 150 years provided that the building of which they form part is designed and constructed in accordance with all prevailing Building Regulations and Codes of Practice. Clay bricks offer the recognised advantages of using materials that offer high thermal mass. Thermal mass is the ability to store heat – red bricks absorb heat throughout the day slowly releasing it at night, ensuring internal temperatures are consistent throughout the day and night.

We have undergone a substantial and on-going investment program to ensure we employ the most efficient and environmentally friendly manufacturing processes. The latest computerised technology along with a fully automated production process allows for a highly efficient plant to meet current and future clay product manufacturing requirements. This results in precise batching, blending and mixing techniques coupled with computerised kiln temperature controls, consistent colour, dimensional accuracy and high product quality.
